► Bars and Night Clubs
Bar Baa
Baa Bar is everything to everyone, the most versatile venue on campus, during the day is light and airy with a balcony that boasts spectacular views of the Welsh valleys. This is a great place to grab a drink, a bite to eat and meet up with your mates to socialise, study or surf the net via WiFi.
During the evenings it’s another story, showing live sport on plasma screens and playing fantastic music Baa Bars becomes the happening place. Remember be there early as it gets busy.

Smiths
For those of you who like the more traditional eating and socialising environment, Smiths is the nearest you’ll get to Pub on campus. Open all day, everyday, serving a wide range of food and drink. It is warm, relaxing and friendly.
Situated on the ground floor of the Union, Smiths has a good balance of open plan seating and intimate alcoves providing an environment suitable for everyone’s needs. Whether it is quite drink and a bite to eat with a mate or a group party Smiths will work for you.
